PORTUGUESE LINGERIE SHOWS OFF ITS FASHIONS IN NEW YORK

The Javits Center hosts this year's Curve New York from 5 to 7 August. Ghibi, Iora Lingerie and Jadelio are the Portuguese companies that will take part in the event, supported by the Selectiva Moda Association, through the internationalisation project From Portugal.

The Javits Center hosts this year's Curve New York from 5 to 7 August. Ghibi, Iora Lingerie and Jadelio are the Portuguese companies that will take part in the event, supported by the Selectiva Moda Association, through the internationalisation project From Portugal. 

Ghibi, Iora Lingerie and Jadelio, are the 3 companies forming the Portuguese delegation that will take part in the next Curve New York, from 5 to 7 August. 

Ghibi specialises in the design, development and manufacture of home footwear and casual footwear, with collections for the infant, child, woman and man segments. It will take the outstanding items of its 2013 Spring/Summer collection to New York.
The collection taken by Iora Lingerie stands apart for its refinement and quality, owing to the meticulous selection of the raw materials. Iora lingerie bestows the magic of glamour and sophistication. Pyjamas, dressing gowns and lingerie are some of the products on display. 
“ Inside Out “ is the theme of the collection presented by Jadelio for Spring/Summer 2013. The collection is composed of three of the company's brands: Jamal 90, Leni and Veni&Vici. Including these three brands in the collection adds diversity and variety, offering a wide range of underwear, leisurewear and beachwear products for women and men. 

Javits Center hosts this year's Curve NY, an international lingerie, men's underwear and swimwear fair, considered North America's largest trade fair of this segment.
The participation of the Portuguese companies in Curve New York is an initiative of Associação Selectiva Moda with the support of communitary fundings (QREN), inserted in the project From Portugal. Associação Selectiva Moda is an entity which promotes the internationalization of Portuguese companies and counts, in 2012, with a program of 68 international actions in 25 distinct markets, targeting the areas of threads, tissues and accessorize, fashion, home textiles and technical textiles with an investment of 8,85 million euro.
