The city that never sleeps will be hosting the upcoming edition of Première Vision New York over two days at “Pier 92”, 12th Avenue, where the main Spring/Summer 2015 trends will be showcased.

Troficolor, which attended the previous edition is back with a «realist approach», as stated by Flávio Dias, Marketing Director of the company, and «aims to invest in the promotion of products and work closer with clients, with the aim of sustained growth, based on a constantly evolving rearguard». The new jacquard patterns in Indigo thread are highlighted from among the products showcased.

Lemar, which was also at the last edition, returns with clothing fabrics, the spotlight being on beachwear, sportswear, casualwear and handbags.
Teviz by Polopique will be arriving in New York with shirt and blouse fabrics with different compositions.

With the aim of focusing on new geographical areas beyond Europe, Idepa hopes to «achieve actual product orders to justify future participation and investment» and to «recruit a representative in the country», declares Ana Paula Pires, the company's Marketing Manager.

Adalberto Estampados, which is making its debut at the trade show is showcasing a collection of Men and Women's patterned shirts, and is also interested in a more direct and focused approach on the American market.

Sidónios Malhas highlights its collection of circular knitting and dyed yarns and fabrics.

Orfama aims to highlight the quality of its products, with a strong handmade development, which enables the needs of the most demanding clients to be met.

Several parallel events will also be taking place at Première Vision New York, with special highlight to the Fabric Forum and the promotion of the Spring/Summer 2016 colour trends.

The participation of Portuguese companies in PREMIÈRE VISION NEW YORK is an initiative promoted by Associação Selectiva Moda with the support of European funds (NSRF), within the From Portugal project, and is part of a series of more than 87 international activities in 2014/2015, covering the entire textile and fashion sector, spread over four continents - Europe, Asia, Africa and America - with a total investment of 12 million euros.
